Use of PV-Wave on science

To use PV-Wave, first

from a csh, type
  source /usr/local/vni/wave/bin/wvsetup

from a Bourne or Korn shell, type
  source /usr/local/vni/wave/bin/wvsetup.sh

Then,
  waveadv

Once PV-Wave starts, 
you can bring up the GUI commands by
  navigator

you can bring up a GUI help by
  help

To get the IMSL Math and Stat Libraries, type
  @math_startup
  @stat_startup

If the Navigator GUI is used, plots are generated with
controls for manipulating, printing, and saving;
otherwise, commands are used.  To print a plot, for example,
it is necessary first to 
  set_plot, "PS"
